10 Day Returns
We will fully refund any unopened/unused product for a period of 10 days after shipping date, product must be in its original packaging. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges.

Defective Products
If there’s a problem with your product please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We’ll email you a return label to put on your box and return to us. Once the package is in transit we’ll go ahead and ship you a replacement, issue you a store credit or give you a full refund of the product price.
** In Case of Damaged Inner Seal, Return/Refund will only be granted on the basis of Unboxing video while openeing the package.
POLICY RESTRICTIONS (Applicable to all returns)
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUND REQUESTS ON THE BASIS OF TASTE OR RESULT. IN CASE OF DOUBT WE WILL GET IT VERIFIED BY THE BRAND. A REFUND WILL BE GENERATED IF WE FAIL TO GET THE PRODUCT VERIFIED.
– To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 10 days of delivery.- In case you cancel your order when the order status is Pending, Processing or On Hold, you will be eligible for a full refund within 48 hours. – In case you cancel your order when the order status is Processing or shipped, You’ll be required to pay for return shipment charges and Transaction fees of 2% is deducted from the refund amount.
– Prepaids order will be refunded in account within 78 Hours of receiving the items back, after quality check. Cash on Delivery order will be refunded in the form of fitcash in you fitcash wallet.
– Dietary Supplement refund requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is not consumed more than 10% by weight or quantity (Nos.) .Such refunds may take over one week to process once we receive all product(s).
– Book & Custom Meal Plan/Workout Plan purchases are non-refundable.
– Apparel and accessories purchases may be exchanged or returned for only if the apparel item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, and if all original tags and labels are attached to the item(s).
