I am second time user of this pills. i used similar product 10 year back and reduced around 15 kg in 3 months

Writing this after a month of using the product.
The capsule works well.boost up metabolism and use up all the energy from daily consumption of food.u can feel the hunger.that means its not a fat burner exactly. To reduce the chubbiness one has to give some extra effort like exercising on daily basis . and intaking this adds to the benefit.a pill a day is enough.though few side effects are that it raises the body temperature, increases heartbeat, increases sweating, ur stomach feels warmer momentarily. But if one works out properly after the taking pill ,the disadvantages doesn’t seem to trouble.

When i was take the first capsule of black spider on that day i loose 1/2 kg of weight seriously.that pills increae your energy and help to burn the fat and also give you energy to do more exercise in gym to help to burn fat snd also to gain your lean muscle……but one thing that pills have caffine that does’nt make you sleep early….

Ok this the the 2nd time i am using this product.. 2 caps a day is enough. 1st cap on empty stomach early morning before cardio.. 2nd one at around 3pm, 2-3 hrs after lunch… This will give you fair results but you have to maintain your diet and do some exercise… And try to intake atleast 3 litrs of water per day (very imp)… or else you might face acne skin pblms and hairfall…

I guess I had huge expectations from Black Spider after trying out Grenade Thermodetonator and HydroxyCut NextGen. I’m taking a single capsule first thing in the morning. Don’t see a surge in energy as such, but it’s just about right once you start working out, it wakes me up but for a change unlike other PWOs or Fatburners this thing has sort of a calming / mood enhancing effect . It gives me sustained energy but not like a rush in the first few hours when I workout. I take my first dose at 6.30 AM and workout at 7.30 or 8 AM everyday. This is my third day on it. I’m not sure of increasing the dosage to 2 capsules yet. Will update the review once I do.
Will post after 15 days if I see any visible effects in terms of weight loss. I workout 6-7 days a week with a mix of Cardio, Functional, MMA, Weight Training and try to eat clean as much as possible and oh i have a desk job mainly.
I also experience slight tightness in the chest.
Updating the review
Black Spider ranks 1, Grenade Thermodetonator ranks 2nd as it causes me anxiety and jitters as well. HydroxyCut would rank 3rd on my list as of now.
P.S. – These supplements work differently on everybody.

It is insane……. 1 pill is enough to rush your heart at max . I have used Hydroxycut elite/ next gen previously. And as compare ro them it is extremely strong.
Yes it is working but comes with multiple side effects. If your diet (protein intake) is not good then you’ll gonna lose all your hard earned muscles along with fat.
