You can take a cap full of amino23 and mix with 300-350 ml of water consume it 1 sip after each exercise. So if U do 4 exercises each exercise 3-4 sets, take 1 sip after 2-3 sets.

I bought the berry flavor. I use a syringe to get 4 TBSP and put into a water bottle. I drink it after my workouts. Tastes really good. This is an awesome alternative for someone like me who doesn’t really like protein shakes. Also I like that I can combine a BCAA and a Protein drink into one drink!
