Here’s what you should know
1) Maintain a calorie deficit, yet nutritious diet for results.
2) Perform cario exercises for at least 30 mins twice a day (I do my Cardio in the morning and gym in the eve. Total 2 hours exercise a day)
3) take one in the morning.. And one around 4.30 or 5pm. Don’t take within 6 hours of sleep.
4) Strictly avoid alcohol. If you have to drink, don’t take the pill that day.
Remember this is a supplement. So you won’t see results unitl you perform exercises and maintain diet.

As per me, this is not a weight loss pill. This is a pre-workout pill. It elevates the heart rate. Provides energy for the workout and through out the day. I take this before workout. I don’t think this suppresses the appetite.
It is useless to take this as a weight loss supplement if you do not work out. In such cases, you will have sleeplessness as side effect.
