Once tolerance has been assessed and you are looking for an additional boost of energy, take one additional serving (1 scoop) with serving taken before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT WITHIN 6 HOURS OF INGESTING ANY OTHER SOURCE OF CAFFEINE OR OTHER STIMULANTS. During your workout, it is recommend that you drink plenty of water or performance beverage to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta-alanine.

C4 is a good preworkout. Even 1/4 of scoop works wonders. Particularly about this flavour its kinda bubblegum type. You may or may not like it on the long run. I personally prefer raspberry lemonade.

It’s a great product. The taste is okay. In simple terms, you don’t buy pre workout for taste. You buy it for the effectiveness. The itching is expected as this contains beta alinine. Gives a good amount of sweat and focus. I mix this with Xtend BCCA. Caffeine content is in moderation so it won’t give you a crash. I would recommend 3 weeks on and a week off to prevent getting used to the dosage.
