Usage

I mixed this with l-Carnitine and drank it on an empty stomach. Now this is unflavored so it’s going to taste REALLY BITTER. I would recommend using some flavored mix like sugar free Lipton or anything to make it taste better. Anyways, I jogged for about an hour and it kicked in at least 20 minutes and I haven’t felt super tired or exhausted after my jog. I usually drink plain water, but this is a game changer for me 🙂

This is the first time I’ve actually used a BCAA supplement. It has help me with my workouts especially on my heavy lifting days. I drink 1 serving which is 2 scoops with water in the morning with my breakfast i also take it throughout my workout and then lastly another serving before bed.The results: no soreness and nice gains in lean muscle mass,although the unflavored powder does have a strange smell and can be hard to stomach at times. For the price and amount of ingredients in here compared to other BCAA supplements it is worth a try.

I work out every day so BCAAs are important. The lemon lime is my favorite flavor. It tastes a bit like lemonade but not so sweet. The blue raspberry was good, but too sweet for me.
I also tried other brands – the Xtend made my stomach turn when drinking during a workout and I also tried BPI Best BCAA watermelon, but that was very sweet as well.
For those wanting more of a thirst quenching flavor rather than sweet, you may want to try the lemon lime.

I’m using bcaa from 10 days and yes i can see the difference in my body its really gud my body is pump and looking muscular also. I’m drinking it after workout with glucose D if you have whey protein then add bcca in whey protein you can see the results but be sure yor Diet is more important to build yor muscle so don’t fully depend on any supplements they are just add on they don’t do miracle just work hard and take proper diet good luck
